It had the regular flow which made the use of its twin water dispenser unnecessary. But over months, that flow had progressively reduced to a trickle. As he agonised over using minutes to fill a cup, and contemplated inviting the plumber to fix the problem, he decided to try the tap which was unused for over two years: it gushed.
