SON SHINE 926: EGRETS

There were 10 of them, converging at least thrice a day on the patch of green, and pecking at the edibles in the undergrowth – for food. But the cattle that they flocked around at the same location, months earlier, were nowhere in the vicinity. The birds did not appear to be missing anything: Egrets used to hover wherever the cattle gathered.

“But when the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit down upon his throne of glory, and all the nations shall be gathered before him; and he shall separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.” –  Matthew 25:31-32 (Darby Bible)
