SON SHINE 986: SEEKER

It was 11.30pm and the toddler, from his temporary abode with another family, tiptoed to unlock the outer door and got out of the house, with his hosts fast asleep. He was determined to locate his mother that night, and mercifully met a neighbour who started using the boy’s description in an effort to locate their residence. A knock from his rescuer who lifted the infant to some visibility, and an uncharacteristic response from his mother who fortunately was still awake, and the riddle was over. And the unknown Samaritan drove off into the night.  

“Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.” Isaiah 55:6 (King James Bible)
