The value he placed on the younger man’s capability propelled a lot of messages, calls and visits by the older and more established professional. But the youngster became evasive, choosing sometimes to ignore calls, till the client decided that the deliverable was possible without this expert. He stopped trailing him, and opted for an alternative who got the job done.
